Seattle, Dec 2024 – Located in the prime Shanghai Expo site, the Expo Mixed-Use Development officially opened at the end of 2024. Spanning 180,000 square meters and developed by China Resources Land, the project is surrounded by landmarks such as the Exhibition & Convention Center, China Art Museum, and Mercedes-Benz Arena, with close proximity to the Huangpu River.
